Requirements: Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy), experience in solar panel production, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and attention to detail.

Duties: Conduct research to develop new solar technologies, enhance existing systems, and collaborate with the production team to ensure technological advancements are integrated into production. Requirements: Ph.D. or Master's in Renewable Energy, Physics, or related fields, experience in R&D for energy technologies.

Duties: Design, implement, and optimize electrical systems for solar energy applications, including wiring, inverters, and connections for solar panels and tiles. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, experience in solar system design, proficiency with electrical systems, and knowledge of energy storage solutions.

Duties: Design and improve the mechanical aspects of solar tiles, panels, and installation systems. Work closely with R&D to implement new materials and improve overall system performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, experience with mechanical design in the energy sector, and proficiency in CAD software.
